We’d like to help with the harsh reality of the COVID-19 pandemic that has struck the world. With the mass shortage of face masks that’s contributing to the widespread panic, we (Youneek) have decided to try and make a contribution to the community by providing an alternative. We’re selling these highly functional, high quality and washable bamboo face masks to everyone at an affordable price to also try and keep our small business afloat during these troublesome times. Also, EVERY other ORDER (non buff/face mask orders), no matter how big or small, from our online store will also receive a FREE BUFF/FACE MASK with their order.
As a small business, the repercussions of COVID-19 have hit us and small businesses in general with a brutal force. All of our employees’ and their families’ livelihoods depend on the business operating full time. If you are in a position to do so, and only if you are, please continue supporting local small businesses where you can. We truly, humbly appreciate your support. Stay safe, take your vitamins, don’t touch your face, wash those hands and don’t panic buy all the toilet paper. We’ll get through this!
We are doing everything we can to keep these buffs 100% germ free, but for peace of mind please wash them first before using. Please also wash your buffs after using them and rotate between your sets regularly.
We are aware that this isn’t a N95 or FFP face mask, but at the end of the day it’s just as functional as a normal surgical face mask that’s available to the public. It is NOT designed to stop you from getting COVID-19, but it can act as a reminder to not touch your nose or mouth and prevent you from coughing or sneezing on others. Please contact a medical practitioner if you require a medical grade mask.

• We understand you’re excited to receive your new goodies and we know the wait can sometimes be excruciating, therefore we try our utmost to get your goods to you as soon as possible.
• Delivery is charged at R99 for orders under R999 to anywhere in South Africa. All orders over R999 qualify for FREE shipping.
• We also make use of a 1-3 business day express courier service option that is charged at R139 (not available during busier times). In many cases, this option means that your order will be delivered the next business day, BUT it is NOT guaranteed as it depends on the size of your order and the items ordered. It can take up to 3 business days for the delivery to be made, depending on your area. In rare cases, delivery to outlying areas may take longer than 72 hours altogether.
• Western Cape customers will usually receive their orders quicker as all orders are shipped from our premises in the Western Cape; for all our other customers outside of the Western Cape it takes 3-7 working days for delivery to be made, depending on your area and on stock availability.
• Our courier service delivers weekdays 8am-5pm (excluding public holidays), an office address is therefore recommended if nobody will be at your home during those hours.
• Unfortunately our courier is unable to call prior to delivery due to the high volume of deliveries being completed on a day to day basis.
• Our courier service requires the parcel be received and signed for (one of your representatives / colleagues may sign on your behalf).
• All packages are sent from our Cape Town based premises.
• Special requirements; please make a note in the notes column provided on check out, and we’ll be happy to assist wherever possible.
• Couriers can also get stuck in traffic just like the rest of us. Such external circumstances can in some rare cases cause delays to your delivery taking place.
• PLEASE NOTE: Payfast & Payflex orders are approved & processed immediately. Direct bank transfer (EFT) orders are only processed and completed once the funds have reflected in our bank account; this can take 12 – 48hours. Lead times are delivery times only and do not include the period required for funds to clear in our account. A proof of payment can help speed up this process.

• Choose the 'Collection' option at checkout and save on shipping costs and get your order quicker!
• Collections can be made from 30 Michau Street, Strand, 7140 between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday - Friday. We will be extending these times and opening up Saturday collections in the near future.
• We just moved in to our new premises and are busy renovating, please call us on 062 706 2144 when arriving for your collection to avoid any delays :)
