Are there any physical Youneek stores?

Unfortunately not. We are dedicated to providing the best online service we possibly can and aim to put all of our focus and resources into our online premise.

How can I return an item?

We'd be happy to return/exchange your product if it falls within our terms and conditions. You can view our returns policy here https://youneek.co.za/shipping

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes.

We are always busy manufacturing. Most out of stock items are simply out of stock due to a material shortage. Once the fabric is re-stocked, the out-of-stock product will subsequently be restocked again.

Where can I track my order?

All orders receive a automated e-mail via The Courier Guy with tracking details. Please wait for your order status to change from "processing" to "shipped" before expecting to receive your tracking details. If you did not receive your tracking details, please do get in contact with us.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. In some instances there may be some slight inconsistencies with colours of garments due to different dye lots and availability of certain colour fabrics.

Can Youneek do custom orders?

Yes we most certainly can. Sky is the limit at Youneek. Contact us for any custom orders. We'd be happy to help.
