Once the above is selected, an upload file box will appear. Upload your design here and we’ll then work the rest of the magic for you.
You can upload your design via the upload field or you can email it to us at support@youneek.co.za (with your order nr.).
Please make sure your image is Hi-Resolution to ensure a good quality print finish.
Recommended file format: Any format will do, but PNG or PDF works best.
Please allow a couple of minutes for your image to upload before adding the product to your cart. After pressing “add to cart” there might be a slight delay while the image is processing in the background.
We’ll send you a mockup for approval via email before applying any printing jobs.
Orders dispatched with courier approximately 5 business days after print approval.

Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries.

• We understand you’re excited to receive your new goodies and we know the wait can sometimes be excruciating, therefore we try our utmost to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

• Delivery is charged at R99 for orders under R999 to anywhere in South Africa. All orders over R999 qualify for FREE shipping.

• We also make use of a 1-3 business day express courier service option that is charged at R139 (not available during busier times). In many cases, this option means that your order will be delivered the next business day, BUT it is NOT guaranteed as it depends on the size of your order and the items ordered. It can take up to 3 business days for the delivery to be made, depending on your area. In rare cases, delivery to outlying areas may take longer than 72 hours altogether.

• Western Cape customers will usually receive their orders quicker as all orders are shipped from our premises in the Western Cape; for all our other customers outside of the Western Cape it takes 3-7 working days for delivery to be made, depending on your area and on stock availability.
• Our courier service delivers weekdays 8am-5pm (excluding public holidays), an office address is therefore recommended if nobody will be at your home during those hours.
• Unfortunately our courier is unable to call prior to delivery due to the high volume of deliveries being completed on a day to day basis.
• Our courier service requires the parcel be received and signed for (one of your representatives / colleagues may sign on your behalf).
• All packages are sent from our Cape Town based premises.
• Special requirements; please make a note in the notes column provided on check out, and we’ll be happy to assist wherever possible.
• Couriers can also get stuck in traffic just like the rest of us. Such external circumstances can in some rare cases cause delays to your delivery taking place.

• PLEASE NOTE: Payfast & Payflex orders are approved & processed immediately. Direct bank transfer (EFT) orders are only processed and completed once the funds have reflected in our bank account; this can take 12 – 48hours. Lead times are delivery times only and do not include the period required for funds to clear in our account. A proof of payment can help speed up this process.

Collections

• Finally! We now have a collection option ;)

• Choose the 'Collection' option at checkout and save on shipping costs and get your order quicker!
• Collections can be made from 30 Michau Street, Strand, 7140 between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday - Friday. We will be extending these times and opening up Saturday collections in the near future.
• We just moved in to our new premises and are busy renovating, please call us on 062 706 2144 when arriving for your collection to avoid any delays :)

• Please note that all collection orders require 2-3 business days before it's available for collection. You will receive a SMS and Email notification once your order is ready for collection
